Xchange Technology Group is a technology solutions provider specializing in sales and rental of IT equipment and customized asset management services through its IT Xchange, Vernon Computer Source and BlueRange Technology divisions. 

We are hiring Technicians for temporary positions for 2-3 months based in our Raleigh, NC facility. 

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and organizing of configuration lines
• Manually set up systems and hardware, and install, update or re-install software programs for users. 
• Installing Operating System and updating BIOS.  Setting up computer security measures.
• Creating and capturing image in ghost, MDT, WDS server and recovery media
• Preparation for shipping
• Managing inventory and work orders
• Other duties as required, may include repair and trouble shooting

Experience, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum one year computer diagnostic or repair experience and/or relevant certification
• Work effectively in a team environment
• Good communication skills and know when to ask questions
• Attention to detail and good at following directions
• Able to lift 25 pounds and perform most duties standing

Pay Rate:                             $15.50 to $16.50 per hour
