Ronak Patel is the Director of Operations and IT. Ronak has worked internationally in India, New Zealand and the US. He began his career as a Field Service Engineer with a partner of Siemens in India, managed a staff of 25 as a Manager in New Zealand and then moved to the US. He joined Xchange Technology Group as an IT Technician in 2014 and has progressed through several roles to leadership of Operations and IT for the Company.
Ronak earned an Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication while in India, a diploma in Network Engineering and Business Management from New Zealand and numerous IT certifications throughout his career.
Ronak is based out of the company’s Morrisville, North Carolina office.
