In my department management is very accommodating to family needs and flexible work arrangements — a huge advantage to working parents and for me personally, the greatest perk of working here. Performance and decisions are made off of hard data and not arbitrary hunches. Our team has a great morale, collaboration and support.

I have had a great experience at XTG and I am very excited to see where the company is going. We are growing rapidly and all the management team is very approachable. Open door policy even with the CEO. We have a great chemistry among employees and have fun coming into the office everyday. There is also some serious commissions to be made if you go the sales route. Family is important among team members, and dogs are welcome!

I feel very supported in what I need to make my daily job easier. The ability to walk in any of upper managements’ offices at any time with concerns or ideas is something that is hard to find. Their doors and ears are always open. I am compensated well for my job. And am constantly given feedback and new tools to grow.
